TEAMIUM PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Teamium Production, Inc. (“Company”, “we,” “us,” and “our”).

Unless otherwise stated, this Policy describes and governs the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Company with respect to your use of our website (www.teamium.io) or one of our servers (teamium.net and subdomains) and the services (“Services”) we provide and/or host on our servers.

Before you use or submit any information through or in connection with the Services, please carefully review this Privacy Policy. By using any part of the Services, you understand that your information will be collected, used, and disclosed as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Teamium Inc., 7 Galloping Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724

Customer refers to the entity that has contracted with Teamium to receive a trial or a paid software as a service plan. For instance, when a business purchases a service plan and sets up user accounts under the service plan. The business is the customer of Company and each individual accessing the service under the plan is a User

Application Platform or Service Platform or Platform refers to website teamium.net and its subdomains, the software service provided by Company.

Service refers to the Software Application hosted on Platform.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service Data: means any information and data relating to the access, use, and/or performance of the Service, including data generated in connection with Customer’s, and/or Users’ use of the Service (e.g., analytics data, statistics data and performance data). Service Data does not include Authentication Records, Customer Data, Profiles, or Personal Data.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 When we provide the Services under contract with an organization, that organization controls the information processed by the Services.

1.   What Information We Collect

-         Account and Profile information needed to perform the Service or by Our Cutomer to user the Service. Name, Mail Address, Phone, User Login Id, Credentials, Title, Role, Skills, Phone, Address, Country Language, Skills, Hiring date, Social Media links, Time Sheets, Usage Analytics

-         If you are an end user using the Services through an account created on your behalf by another of our customers (such as an employer, an agency of which you are a member, or another individual that uses our Services), we may collect and process Customer Information about you on behalf of the customer with whom your use of the Services is associated.

-         Information that is automatically collected when You access the Service on any Device such as IP addresses, location information (by country and city), unique device identifiers, IMEI and TCP/IP address, browser types, browser language, operating system, mobile device carrier information. the date and time you used the Services, the frequency of your use of the Services, error logs, and other similar information. As described further below, we may use third-party analytics providers and technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to assist in collecting this information.

Information You Provide Directly to Us

We will collect any information you provide to us. We may collect information from you in a variety of ways, such as when you: (a) create an online account, (c) contact us or provide feedback, (d) subscribe to our newsletter. This information may include but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and your geographic location.

Information from Third Parties

Depending on the source, this information collected from third parties could include name, contact information, demographic information, information about an individual’s employer, information to verify identity or trustworthiness, and information for other fraud or safety protection purposes.

-        When you provide it to us for setting up the Service or when you directly input the information when using our Services.

-        Create or register an account, or administer your account.

-        Submit your queries, requests and information via various communication channels.

-        Information collected by our online help desk and support agents for customer and technical support.

-        When you visit our websites and enter your information.

-        When you participate in promotions, user conferences, webinars, research, surveys, or other marketing events.

-        Information collected about you from our business partners, referral partners and resellers, and third parties that help us with sales, marketing and prospecting efforts

-        When you create your account using a third party service such as Microsoft or Atlassian, or a single-sign-on service provided by a third party such as Okta, or if you give us permission by changing the settings on your Teamium Account, we may also collect, and you authorize us to collect, information about your personal contacts as may be stored within that third-party service, which we may use to extend an invitation to collaborators on your behalf to use our Services. By choosing to create an account using a third-party service, you also authorize us to collect Customer Information necessary to authenticate your account with the third party.

We may use the information we collect from and about you to:

-        To provide Users access to use our services, update account information and set preferences

-        To enable our partners and service providers to perform services on our behalf;

-        To provide information requested by User or requested to User by their Client

-        To better understand our customers, improve our service and develop new features

-        To send you marketing and promotional content consistent with your preferences for opt-in or opt-out.

-        Use anonymized data for data analytics

-        For monitoring web traffic and usage activity for analytics, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention

-        Improve our services

-        For accounting and billing purposes.

-        Regulatory and terms of use Compliance

o   To comply with applicable laws, including laws outside your country of residence;

o   to comply with a valid curt order, warrant, subpoena or similar legal process.

o   To respond to requests from government and regulatory authorities including your and outside your country of residence in accordance with our law enforcement process.

o   To enforce our rights and compliance with our terms of service

o   To protect our or any of our affiliates’ operations, rights, privacy, safety or property.

o   To allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages we may sustain.

We may share your information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation, event management, marketing, customer support, data storage, data analysis and processing, and legal services.

Business Transfers.

We may engage in certain business transactions, such as the transfer or sale of our assets. In such transactions, (including in contemplation of such transactions, e.g., due diligence) some portion of your information may be disclosed. If any of our assets are sold or transferred to a third party, customer information (including your email address) would likely be one of the transferred business assets.

If you use our server or data center Services, responsibility for securing storage and access to the information you put into the Services rests with You and not Company. We strongly recommend that server or data center users configure SSL to prevent interception of information transmitted over networks and to restrict access to the databases and other storage points used.

We implement adequate security measures to protect our site and your information. For example, we restrict access to personally identifiable information to our employees, contractors, and vendors who are subject to confidentiality clauses. Our association uses proven safety practices and measures. Teamium, Inc. is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

You have various rights with respect to the collection and use of your information through the Services.  Those choices are as follows:

Email Unsubscribe: You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter or by emailing contact@teamium.io with your request.

Account Preferences: If you have registered for an account with us through our Services, you can update your account information or adjust your email communications preferences by logging into your account and updating your settings.

9.   International Transfers

As described above in the “When We Disclose Your Information” section, we may share your information with trusted service providers or business partners in countries other than your country of residence in accordance with applicable law. This means that some of your information may be processed in countries that may not offer the same level of protection as the privacy laws of your jurisdiction. By providing us with your information, you acknowledge any such transfer, storage or use.

If we provide any information about you to any third parties information processors located outside of the EEA, we will take appropriate measures to ensure such companies protect your information adequately in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other data protection laws to govern the transfers of such data.

These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store. The Services are intended for users over the age of 18 and are not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information (as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under the age of 13, or personal data (as defined by the EU GDPR) from children under the age of 16, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as practicable.

We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy or as long as we are legally required or permitted to do so. Information may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.

During the time the agreement is in effect, We will handle the personnel data as per Your GDPR compliance policy. Customer will provide us with specific retention period for different classes of personnel data.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

14.        Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and/or Service may contain links to other websites, our privacy policy only applies to our services. If you click on other links or websites, you should read their privacy policies.
