A new version of task manager is fully integrated with the scheduler and project manager. Room view with linked resources allows you to manage multiple resources together as a group more efficiently. Several time zone enhancements are added in response to customer requests for more powerful features to manage production workflows spanning globally distributed teams efficiently.

When you assign a collaborator on a project booking, you can also create and assign her one or more tasks with due date, priority, and attachments. You can also assign group tasks for self-selection by a collaborator in the group. You can track task status on a dashboard and automatically schedule past-due alerts. Teamium automatically calculates costs based on booking duration or using timesheet entries.

Teamium has implemented several cutting-edge features including:
Secondary Time Zone: You can set up an additional time zone and effortlessly view timelines in project or collaborator’s time zone, ensuring clarity and accuracy in scheduling and removing guesswork.
Flexible Working Hours: Each collaborator can define their preferred working hours in their time zone. Teamium uses this setting to check the collaborator's availability only during each collaborator’s working hours, thereby reducing scheduling errors. Individual working hours are also highlighted in the timeline for visual reference.
Balanced workload distribution. Teamium is designed to promote work delegation and distribution. A global team can take full advantage of this feature for example by assigning sequential tasks. for example editing and color correction in spread-out time zones.
